In January 2021, I began my 33rd year as a consultant specializing in fundraising, governance, management, and strategic planning. I speak worldwide: North America, Eastern and Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand. For 20 years, I taught governance in a university masters program.

I regularly serve on boards, often as chair. I've written 3 books and contributed to multiple others. I've founded two nonprofits.

Philanthropy is my life's work. My life partner and I have bequeathed our entire estate to charity. (And yes, unearned privilege helps us do so.)
